In other words elder care can be done by visiting them to help to their memory and mental health. Check their medications for their better health to keep them active. Also we have to understand their needs and problems of old age persons. Also we check that they are taking medicines on time.
Revamp their living area or space. We do things they love. Give timely healthy meals to them. We too spend times with them. We must also provide them a regular companionship and social interaction to help combat isolation. We do/make home modifications that they can live happily and safely as by time they are becoming weak due to old age. Also we should take care of and prevent them from becoming exhausted.
